With more than 18 years experience in the direct marketing and mail distribution industries, Nick created MailMax in 2004.
Providing auditing, training, consultancy and campaign management services, MailMax helps organisations of all sizes make mail a more cost effective marketing, fulfilment and communication tool.
Previously, Nick spent 12 years with Royal Mail. He held various positions including Direct Marketing Manager, Direct Marketing Consultant, Sales Manager and Key Account Manager. During this time he worked with some of Royal Mail’s most valued clients including British Airways, Air Miles, Consumers’ Association (Which?), Marie Curie Cancer Care, The Financial Times and The Economist Newspaper. Specialist knowledge and expertise was developed within the Publishing, Charities, Travel and Tourism sectors.
Nick’s career began in 1986, firstly at Yellow Pages and later with EMAP. Holding positions such as Account Executive, Sales Manager and Trainer, over 6 years he gained extensive experience of positioning newspaper and directory advertising as essential elements of the marketing mix.
Nick has recently become one of the first to receive the prestigious 'Continuing Professional Development' (CPD) award from the Institute of Direct Marketing for 2006. For more details on the award click here.
