  Mailsort, Walksort and Presstream
• Not distance or origin based
• 5 postcode sector based zones:
  Business district, then High, Average, Low, v.low density
• Phased replacement
• Aligns with access pricing

Practicalities:

• Will have to include the following codes on the mail piece:
  • SSC (Mailsort code)
  • Zone code
• Will have to produce mail in zone order within the mailsort code
