Nick spent 12 years with Royal Mail managing a wide range of organisations including British Airways Group, the Economist Newspaper Group and the Consumers’ Association (Which?). He has significant experience of working with mailing houses of all sizes and enabling more cost effective and efficient mail processing solutions to be implemented.
Royal Mail introduced its ‘Pricing in Proportion’ tariffs in August 2006. Nick played a key role in the customer consultation process by explaining the proposals and financial impact to key clients and feeding back responses to Royal Mail. He understands fully the final submission approved by Postcomm.
